If rescheduling is not possible or the service cannot be performed, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges, and no cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
