We offer vegetation management services using Spider mowers for steep-slope mowing, fire mitigation, and land stewardship. Our services are available only in specific areas of California, primarily in Sonoma County. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Pricing: Prices for services will be determined based on the acreage to be mowed, the steepness of the slope, and other site-specific conditions. All prices will be provided in writing before services are rendered.
3. Payment

Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated during the booking process.

Late Payments: A late fee of 1.5% per month may be charged on any overdue balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Service Fees: A small service fee may apply for properties with less than two (2) mow-able acres.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, including property details, contact information, and access instructions.

Property Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our team has access to the property and that there are no obstructions or unsafe conditions that could hinder the performance of services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability and may require additional fees depending on the time frame and conditions.
6. Liability and Insurance

Liability: Mow Bro California is insured for general liability and property damage related to our services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damage to landscaping, structures, or other personal property.

Insurance: We maintain appropriate commercial liability insurance coverage in accordance with California state law and Sonoma County regulations. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date will remain in effect.
